My ex boyfriend and I broke up about 4 months ago. We only dated for a few months but I just can't seem to get over him. I keep my distance from him but I still feel like I want to know everything he's doing and who he's doing it with. Why am I still feeling this way? Is there any easier way to get over him besides not getting in contact with him?
Oh, young love is painful. I know you don't think you can get over him. It's your choice, you can either concentrate or fixate on him and his life or you can choose to move on. What's the best way to get over him, meet some other people, hang out with old friends. I know it may sound totally unacceptable, but hang out with your family. Talk to your mom (OMG) about your feelings and listen to her advice. I hope you feel better and don't give your heart to every guy that comes along with sweet words and a kind smile.

Even though they don't always help, talk to your family. They are always there for you and they can definitely keep your mind off of things!Even if you and your ex agreed to be friends, cut off contact with this person for awhile. Make sure that when you talk to them again you don't have any leftover feelings. Find closure.
