My now Ex boyfriend was always asking me if I'd marry him at one point if he asked me,i was stupid and told I couldn't commit to something so big at the moment and that I wanted to take things slow which was a lie to myself,I really would have married him, I regret telling him that.Is it possible I scared him away with my lack of commitment?

He said the reason he broke up with me was because,he felt we still just friends, and the distance didn't help.
(aka I'm boring,but he won't say it but I know it's true)

If so would their be anyway of getting him back?
I really want help with this.
(he lives a country away from me and I'd do anything to have him back)

I know they say,ya don't know how much you love someone/something till it's gone. It's so damn true.

I'm heading off to college in 1 year, I was wondering maybe I could go to an international college in his country and be near him.he did say were still best friends forever.
i was wondering maybe, just maybe this would be a good plan.

I live in America, and he's in Europe,so any advice on a college their that would accept an American or a better idea would be nice.
I also don't have much money I'm willing to get any loan I have to and like I said I'd do anything,to have him back or even be with him even if it's just as a friend.

even if everyone tells me to let him go,i can't and I won't.
I just want advice. So don't tell me what you think of him because I don't care.

Also I'm so sorry this is so long.

Question Asker That's the thing to me he's beyond worth it.
and I really am boring, but only because I have nothing to talk about.
Also the thing is I wanna make the move their but I don't know how, to look for a college their or even know
anything about his country... - 11 months ago
Answerer Your not boring , your giving yourself a self fulfilling prophecy not good, make the move do something exciting or regret it for the rest of your life. - 11 months ago

What country does he live in and can you speak the language there?

What you have to do is not talk to him for a while, so no phone calls, no instant messaging, no email, no nothing. Tell him you need some time away from him and he should respect that. Now it seems like you meant a lot to him if he was asking you to marry him so not being able to talk to you is going to start driving him nuts after a week or so. He will probably start trying to contact you, but ignore it and let him wonder about you for a while.

After a few weeks call him and if he wants you back he will tell you.

Question Asker This is impossible for me to do...I tried and cracked under a day,and the fact we did everything together. So I play a game online chilling with my friends/family, I usually run into him and I'd feel rude not to help him out when he needs it.

Also he lives in Europe I duno what language they speak their.
If you know tell me please. - 11 months ago
Answerer Trust me, you can do it. I know it's hard... but if you can do it, it really works.
And the language depends on what country in Europe he is living in. - 11 months ago
