So my boyfriend of 7 months broke up with me a few weeks ago because he heard I cheated on him, when I never did. His friend told him who heard from someone, who heard from someone else, etc. The entire story got switched. The story he was told was that I gave someone a handjob, when in all actuality this guy grabbed my hand and put it down there twice, then I kicked him out of my car.
Ever since the break up, we've talked in person about 4 times, and we text everyday. He says he still loves me, and he told someone that he wants to give me another chance. The whole thing that kills me is that I didn't cheat on him, which is the reason he broke up with me. I can understand that he's hurt because he thinks I cheated on him, but I didn't. I'm so against it that I would neverrrrr cheat. he said once he believes me, if he does believe me, that we can work on our relationship and make things better. we both know we're happier together than apart, and that we're meant to be. will he ultimately realize this?

so you should tell him you did not cheat on him and why he won't listen to you, it sounds like he just doesn't want to get hurt. you have to tell him, guys can't read esp, you both need to have a down to earth honest conversation and see if you can work it out.
