So many of you already know my ex broke up with me 1.5 weeks ago. we've talked and hung out a few times, but we never discussed our relationship. Well I called him yesterday to see if he wanted to hang out at like 1 pm and he said he would call me when he got home. Well I had already found something else to do while I was waiting. He called my phone and I didn't answer because I was busy. well then he kept calling and kept calling. I finally answered and told him I was busy, he kept asking me what I was doing and who I was with. And if I would rather be with who I was with instead of him. So I hung up on him and he kept calling back. So at about 6 30 I called and said okay if you want to hang out now, he still kept asking me all those questions and I told him it was non of his business who I was hanging out with.
Well we met up and we had a really heart felt conversation, he asked if I still loved him and I said of course I'm always going to love you but this is what you wanted so I'm giving you this. He said that he missed me greatly, but he couldn't be with me right now, because he thinks that we are better off as friends right now. We even cried together, first time he really told me what he was really feeling. He said he cares about me soo much. Well we had such a good time, that I was starting to get upset because it hurt to much so I wanted to go home. I went home and passed out at about 9 30 well he calls me up at 1 in the morning and wanted to hang out again, so I told him to come pick me up. We went back to his house and he started hugging me and kissing me, I told him I didn't want to have sex, and he told me I could spend the night so I spent the night we didn't do anything besides hug and kiss and cuddle with each other, but when he hugs me he holds on real tight!
Dis morning when we woke up he was still kissing me and play wrestling with me, he said he didn't want me to leave. He kept putting his head down like he was thinking and saying sorry, but he thinks its okay to cuddle. He wanted to take me out to breakfast, but I didn't want to. (last night he also surprised me with a shot of smirnoff, totally wasnt expecting him to buy me that) But anyways he said he really misses me.
Do you think we have a good shot on getting back together if I just give it a little more time and make him miss me more. He wasnt trying to have sex with me last night. He kept telling me I was an angel, and I was so beautiful. I'm just lost right now. I'm torn between loving him and being his friend. What do I do?
It sounds like the feeling is mutual. If you still love him then just wait a while. You don't have to make him miss you. If he does love you then he will still want to be with you no matter what. Give it time. That's all you need to do. Hope it works out for you !
You guys have a good thing going. You are getting along very well and you actually have a very good chance at getting back together. Just take it slow and everything will fall perfectly into place. Good Luck.
Thank you so much, he's been a little cold and short with me on the phone since that night. I asked him to drive with me to troy michigan for a meeting with a modeling agent and he said he didn't think he would have time to. I really hope things work out.
