I very recently got dumped, and I miss my love so much. I really wish things hadn't ended but deep down I know it was for the best. I still can't deny that I was deeply hurt, even though it seems he's moved on or maybe didn't even truly love me to begin with...but everything reminds me of him and I can't seem to stop thinking about him for one second..all I ever want to do is listen to love songs and sad depressing music and watch sappy romantic movies and cry...cry cry cry CRY.
I really don't want to be like this, but I can't help it...and I'm not really sure if time will help.. :[
Stop the madness of the sad stuff. Pick yourself up and go have some fun, no matter how hard it is. It's normal to think about thing and being sad. You lost a part of you. Now is the time to think about you and what you want in life. Find yourself and what you like. You will be ok, it's only temporary. But, don't dwell on it. You will be ok.
Don't watch sappy romantic films don't listen to love songs because that's like you're trying to depress yourself more!! Just go out with friends on the weekends and meet guys !! Go on a holiday to spain or something, it always helps!!
