What steps do you take after breaking up in a serious relationship? I would like to see the responses from both the male and female side. How do you get your mojo back?

I had a relationship for 4 years. At first, when we broke up, I was a bit depressed. However, about 3 weeks after the breakup, I decided to take some dancing lessons, I also went out more with friends, talked to more girls, and I decided I would try to date as many as possible. That kind of gave me a distraction, and after meeting some really nice girls, I was thinking....'how in the world did I stay in that relationship for 4 years.. I'm a total moron'

Focus on self-improvement and keep meeting new people. You'll become a better person, which will attract more people, in turn making you feel better about yourself. It's a positive cycle that will make it much easier for you to gain the motivation to move forward.

Life is all about rhythm and timing. Once you gain that initial push forward, everything should continue to fall into place.

Does it ever annoy you that you're single?
random-ren asked 11 days ago

Yes, most of the time! I really wish I had a boyfriend/girlfriend!

A little, because I feel left out.

Not really...

Nope! I have too much fun being single!

What pickup lines do you use to start a conversation with someone you are attracted to?
I'm really nervous around girls, maybe because I never think I'm good enough for them but I'm the kinda guy who needs to gain confidence before I can be myself with a girl and make jokes. Soo I probably wouldn't use a pick-up line I would probably just try and start up a conversation anyway I could. If I had the confidence I would say something like.. Are you single because your beautiful :)

How do they typically respond?
Rejection! haha. well I've never tried a pick-up line on a girl so I don't know if id have any sucess but when I talk to girls thigns don't usually go that well! I guess I'm just not good with girls and I never will be :( butt yehh has anyone got any tips for a guy like me?

Do I have the right approach?
