My ex boyfriend from a long distance relationship just broke up with his girlfriend. Now he wants me until his girlfriend takes him back. I don't know what I should do because he broke my heart once and I don't want that pain again. Can somebody please help me with this problem?
Don't waste you time...Don't show you are weak and needy. Trust me you won't gain any sympathy at all doing this.Instead try to avoid him...This should make him sceptical...Getting back with him will show that you have no self-respect...And the fact that he wants you only until his girlfriend takes him back shows you that he doesn't really want you back...Think about it;is this fair for you?He broke your HEART!why give him the opportunity to make this again?...The best way to make a guy that broke up with you realize you are a great person is to act like it doesn't bother you and that you can be happy without him. The more you take him back and forth, the more he knows he can do whatever he wants because in the end, you will always be there. Don't be a back up plan, get rid of him and show him that he isn't worth your time anymore!
Back to square one. Free your mind. Ask yourself, "after all these experiences with him, some good and some bad, what is it that I want with a male partner, now ?" Write your answer down. Those experiences are meant to help you to do that.
Then look at your answer, and check to see if your ex matches that. If he does, stay. If he doesn't, stop thinking about him. Focus on your answers, i.e. the guy you want, until you get to meet him.
Sounds like he may have wanted you as his rebound girl. If he really wanted you then he would still want you even though his ex wants him. He sounds like trouble, don't give him anymore of your time.
if this guy broke your heart once, there's no reason for him to be able to do it again. fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. but now if he just wants to use you for your advantage, that's not fair to you. even if you do like him, its wrong for you to let him use you like that because you are an independant woman and deserve to be treated as such. if this guy wants to treat you less than a human being, then refuse, that's just insulting and unfair that he would want to use you like that.
