If you say you love the guy you are with now, depending on why your last relationship didn't work out you need to lose one or the other. If your last guy treated you poorly then be fair to this new guy and stop talking to your ex and stirring up old feelings. If the breakup wasn't over that then spare this new guys feelings before he gets in it too deep. If I had to choose I would not go back to my ex. Live for now and not the past.
