Cant tell you to break up or not because its ur relationship but it seems like he is playing a massive field here meaning that he is just tryna keep a girl in each place and him telling you that is a bit on the dumb side if he is tryin to be a player but nobody that loves you would do sumthin like that to you no matter where they go and then for him to tell you that is mad crazy.

i would have a serious talk about what kind of relationship he thinks he's in.
someone that "loves" you wouldn't even think about other girls
and the possibility of cheating on you.
