I feel like the female version of Good Luck Chuck, except I don't have sex with the guys. Hell, I don't even get to an actual date with them before they decide to kick my ass to the curb.
Scenario: Meet a guy I like, get to know the guy, guy likes me. A week or two later he finds someone else to date and forgets all about me. It's just depressing because I'm 25 and I feel like I'm never going to meet a guy who will want me and only me. Someone else always comes into the guys life. It's frustrating because I've met guys who have been single for months and as soon as they meet me. BANG he meets someone else and tosses me aside. I know some guys are players but COME ON! EVERY guy I meet? It's like I have a sign on my forhead that reads "COME GET TO KNOW ME< TELL ME YOU LIKE ME AND YOU"LL MEET ANOTHER GIRL WHO WILL BE WHAT YOU'VE BEEN WAITING FOR! "
What am I doing wrong and what can I do so the guy will actually stick next time? Let it be noted that the I let the guy know I'm interested too and would go out with him if he wanted to so it's not like I'm appearing uninterested. I try hard not to be pushy either. I don't get it. What do guys want?!

First off hun, I know it's depressing, but keep your head up. You will find a good guy. You sound like you know what you want, and you're patient, which is good. I also am single, and I know it's tough being patient. But know that it will be worth it! If you're getting dates, then it means that it's not your looks, so that's good.

Describe your ideal first date; Where do you go? What do you wear? How does the date end?
I'm pretty content with driving anywhere with no particular destination. just the luxury of not knowing where your going to end up and kind of adventure is ahead of you whether its taking a walk on the beach or in a park or just grabbing some coffee.
Afterwards..what will your date know about you?
Anything they ask me I am an open book and will pretty much respond to anything. if they wanted to get that personal on the first date, then they would probably learn more then if there were being preservative.
