Tell him that you are not comfortable with it yet. If he cares then he ought to wait for you but you also need to stand your ground and be willing to accept that he may decide to walk away from you because of it. If he does, it isn't the end of the world but you need to listen to yourself and be proud of who you are and that you prefer to take it slow.
You should never hesitate to tell someone what you're not comfortable with. I'm sure he's not psychic and doesn't want to do anything to make you feel uncomfortable. Just tell him and if he doesn't understand, then you don't need him. Never allow someone to make you feel pressured into doing anything you don't want to do. If that happens, don't be afraid to tell someone.

I would take her to a nice but quiet restaurant so that I could have a chance to really talk to her. Then I would probably take her somewhere for a drink - a place that has music and maybe dancing.
Afterwards..what will your date know about you?
I would hope to know a lot about her and for her to know that I am interested in her.
