How do you get the guy who has a player reputation? So this guy... is amazingly attractive and the sweetest guy ever. He's very caring in every way and we have so much in common, we can talk endlessly. We met about a year ago at a party (I was there with my ex and they know each other) and after my ex and I broke up we started talking on the phone, now we have been catching up for the last few weeks. We kissed the second time we saw each other and the other night we kind of.. slept together. I don't regret it but I do in a way, only because my ex had told me he is a bit of a mansl*t, and his best friend implied he is a bit of a player when it comes to girls. I have also noticed he has condoms stashed in his glove box AND room. He is in the police force and works till 11 most nights so sometimes when we catch up it is late as, but I worry I'm being used. He says that its cos of work and partly because my ex found out I'm seeing him and he doesn't want to be seen out together by him. Since my ex has gone psycho about it! I'm worried of getting hurt because I REALLY LIKE HIM. He messaged me at 12.30am and asked to catch up the other night and I cracked it. And kinda accused him of having bad intentions with me. Today he messaged me and said he has been really busy working late shifts and he is sorry if he's seemed bad, and that he doesn't think bad of me cos we slept together and that he really misses seeing me lately. I really like him but I'm scared to death of getting to involved. Does he sound like bad news? And even if he does, should I give it a try? How can I give him a chance but make sure I don't get hurt by this guy... Hes really hot and cold iv found, and I don't know how to deal with it. I'm used to guys being easy to understand! Normally they fall for me and I don't have to work for it, now its the opposite! Thanks
