How can I make a guy like me?

Okay, first of all BE YOURSELF! I've seen the shy girl get the player a dozen times. If he gets girls easily, you need to be the one that is different.

Honestly, what you are doing is PERFECT! The letting-him-catch-you-staring game is one that guys understand and love. You need to add a smile now. I know, it's nearly impossible, but have a slight smile on your lips when you look at him and smile bigger when you lock eyes. (Force yourself the first time if you must!) Again, this will let him know you are interested which gives him confidence to approach you but since you haven't thrown yourself at him and TOLD him you like him, he won't be 100% sure. His thinking about you and wondering about you is VERY MUCH what you want!

MAKE HIM COME TO YOU. I know most 'average' guys want to be approached by girls. Please take it from a female beauty with gorgeous guy friends: we do NOT want one more person hitting on us. Let us persue YOU. The calmer and more "blind" you can act the better. Your immunity to our good looks is the SINGLE MOST intriguing thing! Do NOT complement him on his looks because if he really is gorgeous, this will actually frustrate him. Instead complement him on ANYTHING else. His intelligence, how well he plays a certain sport, that you heard he was really good at some hobby, etc. ANYTHING but his looks! (Remember, you're blind!) This will make you unlike any of the other girls chasing him and instantly makes you more desireable. He will want to both ensure you know how fabulous he is and also feel relieved that someone could like him for WHO he is, not how he was born looking.

P.S. Don't worry about being shy or even how you clam up when he talks to you. We will assume the best - that you're bashful - and begin to draw you out. Try to respond to him when he does talk to you and answer his questions sweetly and intelligently. If he starts digging for complements (ie: Why are you so shy around me?) apologize gently and tell him you're shy around everyone until you get to know them better. This will immediately plant the idea in his mind that HE must get to know YOU better and the subtle mystery of it all will make him realize he WANTS to break through your shell and know you!
