We talked for 5 straight hours be for deciding to meet. (3hrs on phone), she called the next day on my cell. We were to meet today for brunch, after waiting I called home to check ans. Machine She had just woke up. How do I read her and know if she is interested or just trying to be polite. I had been married for 27yrs and widower now and just starting to date.

If she keeps canceling dates then she probably just doesn't want to go to out with you and is too nice to say anything. If she just is late or cancels for no good reason she is probably not worth your time.
