That's always hard. I don't think you should wait around for anyone- waiting causes pain and regret. Talk to the one you love and tell him your issue. Tell him that you would rather be with him but you don't want to wait and wait and then get screwed over. See how we reacts and what he says. If he really loves you, he will make time for you regardless of any issues that he is having.
