Ok So I asked a girl out and she said that she likes me a lot. She hasn't gave me an answer though. I asked her out on yahoo im. She said that she used to think about us going out and she really wants to go out with me but she said let her think about it. Its been about a month now and no answer and I'm kind of shy so I don't want to bring it up because she said her previous relationships she had been rushed and it didn't workout. I feel like I love her and I can't get the question out of my head. I would rather take a no than wait.

Well you gotta do something dude. You gotta have more fun with her get her excited about you. She sounds confused on what she really wants, it happens when your young. Saying past ones didn't work out I feel is a bullshit excuse. If she wanted to be with you so bad she would, if she doesn't she won't. That's simple. She is just confused and not convinced on being with you yet. So you gotta find out what she likes take her out and have fun.
But you gotta do it tactfully so it don't make it too obvious otherwise when will throw her guard off. But don't give up, if you give up you loose. If she is really worth it show her a good time. And when she feels really really good about you pop the question, if she says no, keep going have even more fun and get her excited about you then pope it again till she says yes. And repeat. Ohh here ask her what is the only thing stopping you. And find a way to fix that problem. Good?

Somewhere fun, like a Phillies game or the zoo/aquarium followed by dinner at a nice (but not over the top) restaurant. Then out for drinks if things are going well.
