I say that because when I was in the U.K. I could talk to any girl and they would flirt with me. I'm guessing because of my skin color and such and I was told that's one reason why and just because of my facial features. I don't want this to be a stereotype for me so that's why I'm asking I don't mean to come off as full of myself or pompous. So this is a question mainly for U.K. women.
