A picnic is a wonderful date. If you're meeting friends there, make sure to introduce everyone to your girlie and stay by her side so she doesn't feel uncomfortable. If it's just the two of you, aww, that's romantic!

I think everything sounds good, except for the golf thing. If you know she likes golf, I think it is ok, but she may not like golf.
