How do I get him to ask me out?

He probably doesn't know you like him and is too shy to just ask you out without being sure. I would say let it be very clear that your interested in him or ask him out yourself, you know he'll say yes.

I say don't ask him out! Guys are different. Some guys hate it when a girl asks them out! They think its weird :s
i say flirt with him maybe he's shy maybe he doesn't feel comfortable yet!
Make sure he knows that you like him. If he still doesn't ask you out THEN ask him out urself
but then still go like "do you want to go to_____ with me" something that you totally knows he's guna say yes to
