Will I ever find a girl?

Well it sounds like looks isn't a problem, it's more that you just get NERVOUS around girls you want to impress. First off, LET GO OF YOUR INHIBITIONS. If you're so nervous thinking about what to say, she'll think you're not even interested. Maybe you should meet girls at a club scene, where you have a shot in you to help ease the nerves, don't get shit-faced obviously, you get what I mean :)

Girls love eye contact, eyes are the doorways to the soul. If you seem to be dodging her gaze, she'll get uncomfortable and be convinced you're either a shady guy, or you're just not interested.

Like I said, try the club scene, go with a few friends, and after you and a girl exchange a few glances and smiles, walk up to her a-l-o-n-e and say something to her. Ask her to dance! :)

You don't really sound that self conscious, "I'm a really nice guy, above average looks" please, if you have no problem with confidence, then there is no need to be shy. Approach a girl ask her out, we are both young, I'm nineteen myself, but life right now is just getting to know who your are and what you like. At least that's what I'm told, go out on dates, not like hey I want to marry you sort of things, but just hang out talk get to know what you like in a person. I don't understand shyness, mostly because I am outgoing, but I do understand fear of rejection, because I am human. You know that whole thing about how sharks are more scared of you then you are of them, well imagine your anxiety and times it by emotion, and you have a girl. Relax, and just develop your personality, let the public see this really nice above average looking guy.

Oh and to answer your question you can find a girl anywhere, it just depends on how picky you are. Do you want the right girl, or do you want one with problems? I mean really, if you go up to 100 girls and ask nice shoes want to F@#%? You will get laid twice, but if your going for gold I stand by my comments above.

You sound really cute. Girls love sensitive guys and the fact that you are good looking AND sensitive is a huge plus. Don't worry about your height, there are plenty of short girls. Girls don't want a bodybuilder, so just a little bit of tone is perfect. You should just put yourself out there. Just flirt a little bit and have fun. Make eye contact with girls you like. Smile at them. Girls love it when cute guys pay attention to them. It makes us feel sexy. When guys flirt with us, it makes us want them more. I really don't know why but it just does. I started liking the guy that I currently like because he went out of his way to talk to me.

You will find a girl. Trust me. You are only 19. I was 22 before I actually found the right guy. I am assuming you are in college right now, am I right? Don't stress about it. Have fun and enjoy life right now. She will come along and when she does you will be able to talk to her. Remember, try not to be shy. Men and women get rejected all the time. It is a part of life. If you want to talk to a girl, just do it. Even if only for practice. Practice makes perfect!

Don't worry. I've been wondering if I will ever find a guy. I'm shy as well, but I know that I'm a really sweet person, I'm just shy. I'm blonde, have blue/green/grey eyes and I'm 5"8. But even though I haven't found a guy, I know that there is hope. I think that you will meet that one girl one day, and knows that she's special. Before you can love others, you have to love yourself. So try to be more confident and come out of your shell. I really should take my own advice lol but don't worry, there is a girl out there for you.

Some girls like shy guys, because that means he won't be getting to know other girls while he's with her. You know what I mean.

You just can't be SOO shy. Hang out with boys that are always around girls, so you can see how they treat them and stuff. Or just get advice from them.

Probably not, girls do not like it when guys are shy. Hang out with girls you don't like, build your confidence and try again.

I am going to have to wholeheartedly disagree with what the second female said. She has a point in saying that you are less likely to find the girl for you if you are too shy, but I think that if you find a way to get out there you will absolutely find the right girl.

You might want to try looking for girls that have similar interests to yours. What I mean by that is if you are a hardcore Giants fan talk to the girl sitting next to you at the next game you go to. If your passion is classical music, go to a concert/recital and make yourself sit next to a nice-looking girl. If you don't think you can do that on your own, go with a friend and have him or her "forget that they parked in the wrong parking garage" or something along those lines. The right girl is out there for you, you just have to find her.
