Great date! no call? what does it mean?

Since you were the first to ask if he wanted to go out, did you happen to get HIS phone number? Sounds like you are bolder than most. Why not call him? When you saw each other on campus, did you speak to each other? If so, why didn't you just ask him? If not, why not? You didn't mention whether you 2 were intimate on your first "connection". If you were, perhaps that was all it was to him. If not, good for you. Keep working on him. It sounds like he is interested. I don't think it is like your friends suggest..."scared him...etc." Perhaps it was just a missed phone number or an inopportune time to speak when you were on campus. Basically, I think you should just contact him yourself. If he seems reticent to speak with you, ask him flat out why and perhaps he will tell you. Of course, he could just make something up, but I personally doubt it. Good luck.
