Men have a difficulty in picking up hints, when a girl drops one we often shrug it off but we can take something meaningless and interpret it as some huge green light. Shy people often don't believe in themselves enough to accept that someone likes them. So simply if you want to get together just start talking, ask him about your common interests, pay him a complement (yes, guys like it too) make him feel comfortable around you. If after a while if he still doesn't get it ask HIM out. Everyone doing it these days!

Omgosh this is so totally me! Kay well what you have to do is start small like chat on the comp and then start texting then phone convo and lastly in person. Trust me just take your time and remember if you wish he would text you rather then wait text him! Same goes for calling and talking in person its soooo scary but by allowing yourself to just go and talk it helps him to be able to talk to trust me the more you talk the closer you will get to him asking you out
