One night stand turned into a couple now he says that I scare him,and to leave him alone, now what?

I had a one night stand with this guy five years my junior I am a single mom with two everything was safe. A couple months down the road I saw him again and fooled around , he is very inexperienced and would never talk , he ended up being my friend on facebook, so I would email him and try to talk to him but he would never reply or want to hang out probably because every time I saw him I always had one too many and want him to come over or text him, now he says I scare him and too leave him alone and because I would send emails when I was sober he wouldn't respond so I started saying that I would just go to his place to talk to him in person if he wouldn't respond back. He got back to me saying to please leave him alone and that he doesn't want to hang out. I replied back saying no problem thanks for getting back to me. Do you think now that I'm leaving him alone that he might want to hangout in the future should I just forget it, I don't know why he waited until now to tell me. He did say that we would hang out when I'm normal meaning not drinking heavily. Help I'm hooked?

Do you have a drinking problem, or is it just that he's mostly seen you while drinking? Either way you should probably move on. It doesn't seem like he's into you.
