I'm not the jealous type at all, but I've been talking to this guy and I notice I get "jealous" when he's with other girls. Is this a good thing or a bad?

This is good but can also be bad if you start stressing a lot about it to him. If he is the type to get mad when you complain about girls he talks to. But this shows how much you like him and he should see that. But if you are his main girl that he likes than he shouldn't really wanna be around other girls like that too much, because he's feeling you so much, so it's not bad to be jealous at times. It's all on how you control your jealousy and display it.
It's not bad at all. You have feelings for him and you wouldn't get this jealous feeling if he didn't make you think he had feelings for you as well. So you both may have feelings for each other. You should talk to him about this and ask him if he's talking with any of these other girls like he's talking to you... and if he says "no" then you have nothing to worry about (unless he's lying.)
