Let me go ahead and make some assumptions and guesses here.
You don't talk to many girls or at least attract many girls. This girl actually talks and accepts you and of course, she has boobies.

Here's your lesson that every guy in the world has also gone through:
1. there are other women in the world. Enjoy the friendship you have with her as she will give you the female perspective, aka don't make it weird.
2. The next girl you meet, don't be her friend but let her know your interested right away, if she doesn't bite then move on.

If you don't have a problem with girls, why not just talk to her like any other girl you're interested in?
It's not hard man, "hey, we've been good friends for a while but I'm starting to like you. If you feel the same then great but if not, I'm perfectly okay with being friends."
