I have troubles reading this girl that I like. I've hung out with her a couple of times on campus, and went out on two dates with her. I haven't really called her all that often after our last date, since I knew she's been kind of busy with midterms and projects. Since then I've called her about once a week just to chat and on some occasions to ask her out, but she always seems to be busy on the days I ask her out. I might or might not just be freaking out (but that's where you guys come in!) but is she ignoring me or just really busy? It's been a while since I've last hung out or seen her at all (I think about 3 weeks), which is why I'm getting a little confused on understanding her.
The school year's almost over, with about a little over a week left, and she's going to be going to Oregon for the summer (I live in LA and she lives in SD, so I was planning on visiting her over the summer, but now I cant). I want to go out with her one more time before the school years over, which leads me to another question, should I tell her that I like her before the school years over? Or should I just wait till school starts again?
Update: Every time we went, we always had a good time so I don't think I scared her away or anything.

Girls often say they're busy when a guy asks them out because they want to seem mysterious to him so she will keep him interested. She may actually be busy, no doubt about it, but she may also just be trying to keep you interested in her. And it's working is it not? Definitely tell her you like her before the school year is over, if not, she'll assume you don't like her and nothing will happen. Call her, ask her out. If she say's she's busy, ask her when she isn't busy. Keep persisting, but not in a creepy way. Show her you really want her, and then tell her you like her before the summer.
