If a girl has skin with an overall nice quality about it, a sort of glow, but she does have a few blemishes or marks, is that a total turn off? Do you guys really care about such flaws?

Not that big a deal for me either. A girl doesn't have to perfect. A girl just has to stay true to herself in my opinion.
