How can I get this girl to like me..."tips"?

Show some interest in her. I don't know why, but when a guy shows a girl he is interested, it makes the girl like him. That's how I started liking this one guy I used to like. Just flirt with her and show some interest in what she says even if you don't care about the topic. Playfully touch her arm when you guys are talking.

I really don't know the kind of guy you are but you should try to get to know her that kind of tells a girl your interested, also don't come on too strong seeming too needy, and don't try to be too cool, I know it may sound lame but just be yourself or else later it won't work out.
