Ok, I asked this girl to prom and everything. We were just going to go as friends and everything, but that changed as we hung out more. I started to like her more then a friend. Eventually days before prom, I asked her out officially, which she said yes. Prom came, that became awkward and we decided not to try a relationship.
A month later, she was stuck in downtown and texted me to pick her up. I was freaking out cause I was at work and was worried about her. I didn't know what to do, and I left work early just to go get her. She then called me AFTER I got out of work and said she got a ride. She wanted to apologize for everything she caused but I told her not to worry cause we were friends and I wouldn't let my friend down like that. She and I then started talking again and I have regained that feeling I once felt for her. I really want to try this again, but I'm not so sure how she feels back. When I said I told her I felt the same way that I did before prom, she said "we should just hang out more". Now, I really do like this girl, and I am freaking out not knowing what to do. This Saturday I think we are hanging out, I want to spill my guts there, but I'm not sure.
I would say don't start confessing anything to her yet. Hang out with her a few times, get really comfortable together and then say it. If you tell her this saturday there is a high risk that things will become awkward again. You could always hint you like her though, subtly and see how she reacts?
