I like this guy, and he knows it. The problem is he likes me too and is looking for a relationship and I don't want one. I just want to like him from a distance. How do I tell him I just want to keep it that way?
If you are just looking for sex you should hint it out to him, he might be cool with that,But if you know he wont, than you should tell him its not going any further than friends.You could really hurt him if you keep talking to him.

I think you need to be straight with him because he is not going to like it if you lead him on. If you really don't want a relationship then it shouldn't be hard to tell him you don't want one.
