Some black girls have it out for me because I really don't go for girls the same ethnicity as me

It's just jealousy

Ok well now you're just stereotyping and that's pretty ignorant. Not all "black lads" have the same personality and talk the same way. And just because someone is white doesn't mean they might not have the personality or talk the same way. My best guy friend is white but he grew up in a neighborhood where he was the ONLY white guy so being surrounded by black guys he grew up to be a lot more like them than like a stereotypical white guy. These days (and the entire 12 years I have known him) people are always saying things like "he thinks he is black" and if you want to go with the stereotype. then yeah he is "more black" than most of the black guys I have talked to or dated.

But hey, at least now we've answered the question as to why white guys don't like it!

Yeah I think it's probably because nobody likes to be excluded from something (but especially not from dating) based solely on something as arbitrary as skin color. I can understand being more attracted to one thing than another, but I don't understand dismissing the possibility of something else altogether. Like. ok I am white but I find that I am not usually attracted to white guys. But that doesn't mean that I don't like white guys or that I will not date white guys or anything of that sort. (Well I'm actually married to a hispanic guy so I wouldn't date ANYBODY but I'm saying if I were single again, lol.) I did date plenty of white guys in my time. I just tend to date more guys of other colors, lol. As one person already said, it's a lot like saying you will only date someone with a certain eye color. Or hair color. Would you really want someone to tell you that they refuse to date you because your skin, hair, or eyes are the wrong color? Physical attraction is important obviously, but there is so much more to finding the right person than just what they look like. And CERTAINLY a lot more than just what color skin they have! Not to mention that race can just be a touchy subject for a lot of people.

I'm not sure why you would choose to limit yourself so much in this way. There could be a guy out there that you could have an amazingly fun time with but you dismiss him just because he's not black!

Because it would mean you won't date them? That'd be my guess.

Personally, I feel like people can make their own decisions and if that's what they want to do I wouldn't stand in the way.but I think the reason why some people don' t like it is because people who do that are basing their relationships on the color of skin. It's like me saying, I'm only willing to date guys with blue eyes. It's just kind of dumb when you think about it because while being attracted to someone is important in a relationship, it's not the only factor that should matter and you're limiting out so many options by only dating one skin color.
