What about if you and the girl don't know each other too well?

.

In my instance I really want to get to know a guy from this open gym volleyball class I'm taking at a local J.C. more . . . but I don't get a lot of time to talk with him unfortunately =/

These are the signs that have led me to believe he has an interest in me back (PLEASE tell me if I'm off base or if you agree with me . . . even though I'm almost 20 I'm sadly kinda new to this whole thing and have never really gone on a date before even though I have been asked out a couple of times):
-seems to enjoy sharing my sense of humor
-always assumes we are partners for warm-up and things like that without even asking me first (not that I would have objected anyways ;P)
-has lied and cheated his way on my team (not really in a terribly underhanded way though ;P) more than once and often insists that we should be on the same team although that doesn't happen as often as I would like =/
-comes up to talk to me first in a group of people(like I generally do to him . . .but I get a bit uncharacteristically shy around him sometimes and wait a bit before he comes over to me or I finally rack up the courage to come over to him)
-we've teased each-other a lot (especially when we are on opposing teams- I tend to lay down the sass-smack-down and he often throws it back at me quite handedly xD)
-high-fives me A LOT and sometimes they are kinda handsy (like they linger a bit)

ANYWAYS

I think he might have been a little shocked to find out that I'm quite a bit younger than he might have thought (I'll be entering my 3rd year of college this year and he is already well out of it . . . plus most people seem to think that I am in my mid twenties or something) and I don't know if that has completely turned him off to the idea or what . . . he hasn't acted tooooooo differently since I think he figured this out, but I'm still really nervous. Guys how would you take this news?!?!

Sorry that what looked like a short and simple post ended up being amazingly long winded . . . but if you guys have answers to my questions/general advice I would be more than appreciative :)!

I'm seeing him tomorrow at class and I'm really considering asking him out -- but I'm so nervous =/!

Update: OH!

By the way, the way I'm considering asking him out is as follows:Since we park on opposite sides of campus I'm thinking of parking on his side even though I'll probably have to buy a parking permit) and    2 months ago

Update: flagging him down so that we can walk together to our cars (finally getting some alone time- I've been constantly thwarted by my classmates =/!) and just tell him I think is a really cool person and that, if he wasn't against it, I'd love to hang out    2 months ago

Update: with him sometime . . .

and just see how that works out because who knows I could totally freeze up or something :(

P.S. Goddamns these updates are short!    2 months ago

Just ask him out. This is not 6th grade. This is not recess and you do not have to send him a letter with check yes or no. You're 20 years old and it's not a big deal if he says no because we all need experience in rejection.

Advice: How Can I Tell If She Is Attracted To Me?
Does it ever annoy you that you're single?
random-ren asked 18 days ago

Yes, most of the time! I really wish I had a boyfriend/girlfriend!

A little, because I feel left out.

Not really...

Nope! I have too much fun being single!

What's there to be annoyed about?
