What to do when boys come over?

Talk with them, make smores. Maybe you could watch TV, or a movie, or play some kind of party game.

I don't think you'll convince your parents to let you ride with the boys.

Watching a movie at home is a lot better than the cinema cause it's a lot easier to get closer with the guys/girls. Guitar Hero is fun but I wouldn't really recommend it cause the guy's can get a bit carried away and it doesn't really make you guys get any closer unless you guys don't know each other at all and just want to hang out to break the ice. This one's kinda random but I had a lot of fun making ice cream with my girlfriend so maybe something like that if your parents will let you use the kitchen.

About the driving thing, err maybe have them come over for the weekend to help with some stuff around the house. It might not sound like the most "fun" thing to do for guys but it really shows the parents what you're really like. Just by helping my soon-to-be girlfriend's mom putting the covers on the sofa I'm already in her book for being a great responsible guy.

You can watch a movie, play games (like pool or quoits or something), talk about school, swim (really fun at night), and make smores like you said.

sit in your basement , flirt with each other snack and watch some kind of a comedy romantic movie the boys will enjoy like fool's Gold.!

Well, the reason your parents are being over protective is that they don't know these guys well enough (or trust them) to know if it's safe for you to be driving with them. Teens in cars can get rowdy, not pay attention and that's how accidents happen. My kid sister went driving with these two guys that both she thought were good drivers and they almost nearly got themselves killed because they wern't paying attention to the road. I suggest that you invite them over a couple of times to hang out so your parents get to know them and what kind of people they are. After they have met with them a few times, they may feel that they are responsible enough to let you go driving with them. Also, you can suggest to them that once you get to the place where you went driving to, you'll call them so they know your safe. As for doing things without driving, there are videogames (like guitar hero, or something. have a friend bring it over if you don't own one), rent a movie that everyone would enjoy, card games, and if they come over before hand if it's still light and warm, water balloon fight or squirt gun fights are fun.
