Is there a chance that I will fall for her again?

Theres a big possibility you will.if you still see her.I was in the situation once before.this guy (my friend) liked me but I didn't like him and I told him but after while my decision changed

I don't exactly agree with what he is saying! I think that you can still be friends with her. Just because she doesn't have a romantic interest in you doesn't mean that you can't be friends.
you may like her again, but that's not your fault.

listen to me carefully when a girl"friend" like that is in your life you're pretty much in the friend zone and the only time she thinks of you as anything else is if she has no one else to turn too, which is what a lot of people call a rebound you know what not even that. If you have told this girl your feelings she will either accept them or not, you can't force her to like you so you have the option to stick with this girl and find out what happens in the future (distance yourself from her believe me) or you move on. The reason why she still wants you in her life is for the sole fact that all girls like to know that even if they don't get the guy they go after they know they have the full attention of that "friend" which is you. As long as you show any type of affection she will know that she has your attention and that alone makes her comfortable to keep it like that, take that attention away from her
