What do guys have against a Christian girl?

you know I'm a christian to, and when I try to get a girl or if I just wanna talk to them 1st I try to make a conversation about anything, after it finishes I asked them if they wanna come to my church ( it would really work if ur in the choir or something, I play the piano soo it helped me a ton! ) if the say no then just keep talking, don't worry the girls over here aren't really much in a guy that goes to church =(

Most guys feel that they would eventually want to end up with a sexual relationship between him and his girlfriend.most guys. If a guy knows your very religious, he might not see a sexual relationship in the near future. I think, for you, its a matter of getting to know who a guy truly is before dating him. You would be surprised about how many guys wouldn't mind going as slow as you would like.

Congratulations on finding religion. What do you mean when you say its difficult to get thrilled about it? Thrilled that you found religion or thrilled about religion in general? I'm agnostic and wouldn't care what religion someone is. I'd be happy that you found something that gives you meaning but I will never be thrilled by religion. If my girl tried to convert me, we would probably have a fight or be through. It's not like I go around spreading my agnosticism.

Ok so let me try to say this without sounding like too much of an atheist.

What religion you believe in is just between you and your god. Don't try to push it on the guy and don't constantly bring it up around him if your not of the same faith.

It's not that guys care what your religion is, they just don't want it to constantly come up and interfere with the relationship.

Honey, Its because some people just don't care. Personally I don't believe in a religion or Jesus and all that stuff but one of my best friends are like you and is very close to her religion and she talks about it alllll the time. Like if I am having a problem she will give me advice but then she will be like "and god is with you" and "i will pray for you" or "thats the way god wanted things to happen" and personally it gets on my nerves because I live in the real world and I don't think that religion is a real world thing.

So to answer your question, they just don't care. Try to keep it out of the conversation if it is going to make them uncomfortable or if they are just going to roll their eyes at you but you shouldnt have to change what you believe. There are a lot of really hot nice christian guys out there so just keep looking!

Because at your age most guys your age are raging with hormones and have different agendas.

While it's important to not force your beliefs on others- people who don't share the same beliefs as you probably won't have the same values and morals- thus making it more difficult to find people who can relate to you.

Like Lola said it's much easier with you surround yourself with others who are on the same page.

Maybe you could find another church in your area with a larger or more active youth group to allow you to meet more people? In the summer's I used to go to church camps- or on youth retreats. There may be some nearby?

just wait for the right guys to come along. I go to a christian college and that makes it soooo much easier because all the guys you are meeting feel the same way you do about Christ.
