I will admit he actually scared me when I first met him. He was in the group I play D&D with. He was the tank. He also acted like a tank and he looked scary so I didn't really get to know him. But after his girlfriend broke up with him, we started to talk and I started to hang out with him because I don't like seeing people depressed. And he started looking less and less scary and more human. Until he actually kissed me and asked me out.
I met my boyfriend when I was 13 at the fair. He was my first real kiss, in a dark fun house. Then we didn't see each other a whole lot for like 9 years. Then we started hanging out again and started dating, now we live together with a kid.
