There is this cute guy who is a regular customer at the restaurant where I work; he always comes up there after his work shift with a friend of his. For months he has been flirting with me, telling me I'm pretty, etc. A few nights ago he came in and we started talking. He asked me if I had a boyfriend, I said no. He asked if I was looking for one, I said maybe and he gave me his number. A few days later I finally got up the nerve to call him, he didn't answer so I left him a short voice mail including my number. He called back in about half an hour but I was on my way to work so we only spoke briefly.
He asked me to call him when I got off work that night. I told him I would. I called that night and again reached the voice mail and left a short message. It's been 3 days and he has yet to return my call. Last night at work, the friend he always came up to the restaurant with was by himself. "So, by yourself tonight?" I asked, and he gave me some sort of distorted, incomprehensible response. This is the second guy in the last few months to do this to me. Why do guys do this, and what should I do now?
It's hard to know why some guys do that. All you can do is try not to let it get to you, while keeping an open mind that maybe the next guy won't do that.
As far as what to do, just move on and find a guy that is worth your time and effort. As far as why guys do this, it is difficult to say for each guy as they each have different reasons for doing it. Just know that your are worthy of a guy that won't do this to you.

I would go out to dinner and a movie; simple but you get to know the person. I would wear something simple yet a little dressy. and it would end with a good night kiss on my front porch.
Afterwards..what will your date know about you?
