Ok so guys your help is needed. I gave this guy my # and that was like 2-3 days ago and he still hasn't called me. What's up? HE asked ME for my number so why hasn't he called me? (I can't call him, I don't have his number).
I concur with the sentiment in the article. I would also mention that calling a girl you're interested in is not fun. Having called her is, but not that initial got to be good, funny, and interesting call.
However, there is a play you can make when you have a guy asking for your number. Don't just give the number - tell him something like "I won't be in tonight, but call me tomorrow night." Right there you've established when he can call and that you want him to. That reduces his insecurity and removes the "got to be smooth" trap that all of us men are trapped in.
Of course after the first call he again has to wait for 2.7 days...but maybe the ice has been broken a little.

Describe your ideal first date; Where do you go? What do you wear? How does the date end?
I would go to the local mall and get food that my date wants. I like a girl who pushes me to do/try new (legal lol) things that I normally wouldn't do. I would wear either jeans and a nice shirt/polo or dress crazy and wear a suit to show my awesome personality. The date ends with a small kiss on the cheek and a whisper in the ear, "I had a great time tonight!" I would then call for another date..

Afterwards, my date will know what I like to eat, my sense of fashion and humor. My date will see me in my natural state of trying to help people. They will see a side of me that only those who are truly close to me know.
