First plan somthing together with a few other couples that already go together as boyfriend & girlfiend you two will be the ones that will be BF&GF before the night is out. So plan your evening carefully; dinner, movie, then to a club that plays some slow dance music to get close to each other, both of you have a few drinks to take the edge off. Before the night is over you will have kissed at least twice not counting your goodnight kiss. If he does not kiss you at the end of the night, you know him well enough to be sarcastic with him. Say, "Is this how you end all your dates, would it be to much to ask for a kiss good night? That is, unless you don't like me or some thing!"

I think that he is scared that things could change between y'all. I think that you should just tell him that you like him and be like is anything going to happen? What the heck is there to lose? If he is giving you clues then I don't think that it would turn out bad.

Maybe you both are just scared. If you're really into him, be the braver person and just ask him. It's kind of obvious you guys like each other. One of you just need to jump start the relationship. ^-^
