Ok I just broke up with another girl friend. I have this one year wall where it falls apart. So I decided after relationship hoping most of my adult life that I should be single. I think I'm good at this single thing but I am finding it hard to not get sucked back into a relationship. I keep getting close to these girls. Is it just my nature? Should I be more of a dick? I don't think I like one night stands. Is that my problem?
Okay first off, don't EVER be a dick just to be a dick. That is a horrible way to go, and even if you do decide you don't want a girlfriend right now, you won't be wanting to be known as a dick.
I think it is in people's nature to be in a relationship, but if you are more happy and comfortable being single then do that for a while, but just because past relationships haven't worked out in the past you shouldn't stop yourself from getting into another one just because you're afraid it won't work out again.
