I have been flirting/dating this girl that works at a bar. Sometimes we stay at the bar and drink or we have been to lunch and had fun together. I can tell she is certainly interested in me. When we are at the bar she sits next to me and every now and again she leans her head on her arm and looks at me and will stare at each other for what seems like an eternity, and neither one of us says a word, and all the while she plays with her hair. This one time when we were leaving she kissed me on the cheek after a couple of long hugs good-bye, but she did it lightening fast so as no one could see. So what can I look for in her body language that's tells me yes or no? I really would like girls to answer, but dudes can do whatever. I do not want to kiss her at the bar in front of everyone, because we know everyone.

In my opinion she wants to kiss you, but she is too shy to show it. the hair thing is a hint. next time make sure she knows you are about to kiss her, you know, get close and all.... if she looks into your eyes and/or your mouth and doesn't look away... I think you should go for it.

When she is playing with her hair she wants you to kiss her but that is only a maybe. If she is biting her lip then she is waiting for you to go for it. But don't go the full 100% of the way go like 80% and let her go the rest. Ok, good luck hun.
