I have been dating someone for 10 months and our relationship is at the same level as it was when we started dating. What do I do to bring it up to date?
People like change... do different things... could be as simple as playing a board game with friends or going to a local brewery and tasting different kinds of ales or what not.. try a few different things and see how that works.. think simple.. if you can't be happy doing simple things, you won't be happy with extravaganza either...
What do you mean by when you say it is still at the same level? As for me, the beginning of a relationship is always the top point where your feelings are at their peak and having such a relationship after 10 months is very good if you ask me. You can go on a vacation together or take a road trip, or try something new or crazy once a week and get his/her excitement level back up. Taking a time off on your own can also help- not saying that you should take a break but take a vacation by yourself.
Define level? Do you mean sex or what? 10 months is pretty long time and if you are saying, in general everything has been the same, he may be shy. You initiate new things and see if he will follow. Maybe tell him something nobody knows which is embarrassing about you or do something that you actually wouldn't do in front of a guy whom you are on a first date.

There's nothing better to boost a relationship better than having intimate, personal conversations. Just start having conversations about what you believe politically and religiously. These two topics are never polite conversations, but if you feel similarly on the topics then it can bring you closer. But there are many more topics if you don't like the two. If you've already done this then,... I don't know
What's the rush? If you're happy, don't sweat it. If you're not, push him. If he bails, he's not worth it. If it'll work in the long run, he'll stick around and you guys can find the level that's comfortable for the both of you. But - big disclaimer - they've always bailed when I've pushed, LOL, so take my advice at your own risk!
