Well the first 'guess' is fine, but the second one makes that seem a little awkward... "I guess give me a call", yeah it's a little weird, but it's ok he'll still call you if he wants to. I guess.. haha just kidding, he will still call you, that 'guess' wouldn't make a big difference, it just sounds a bit weird, but it won't have an effect on whether or not he'll call you...
