There's this guy I really like and one of my friends told him I like him and the other day she asked him if he liked me and he said he doesn't know, he didn't say no, so that means he likes me right? My question is, Should I ask him out or what should I do?
Update: So my friend asked him again without telling me and she said he told her to ask me why I liked him and I told her personality and she said he just smiled like, really big. So, what does that mean?

It depends on the "I don't know". He could like you and just be to shy to tell your friend for the fear that she would tell you (which I'm sure she would), or he could just be not interested in you. Either way, you'll need to get to know him a little more, casually see how he responds to your presence.
