Your in luck. Most likely he does have feelings for you. He asked you who you liked, that could mean he was asking that for a friend, but since you two talk and flirt a lot, He has to be interested. Tell him how you feel the next time you two talk, but try not to tell him over the phone. It is much better in person that way there is a better chance of him being truthful and not just telling you what you want to hear.
