Well, what do you want a reality check on? You seem to know all your good and bad qualities. There are people out there who are crack addicts that have partners. You just have to find someone who appreaciates everything about you, good and bad. Caring, loving and honest are all important qualities. As far as the PTSD, how badly are you affected. Does it stop you from having normal relationships. If not, then I would say you are fine. You just have to find the right person for you.
