This is kind of like in Homer's article "Pick her out, Pick her up" but minus the beer, lol.
But It's like the point that Homer makes: You saw her and picked her out to be the "one;" and now you got to pick her up. But it involves way more work than being at a bar (unless that's your circumstances, then you got to get her number before all the other guys do, if she's that type of girl (the desirable one).
I would find out what makes her laugh and find out how I can accomplish that more often with her. Find out how you can become more confident around her when making her laugh. You'll both be in a good mood and then it's a little easier to take things to the next level of the relationship ... where-ever you may stand. Then you don't want to get stuck in the friends zone so you got to flirt with her, get her thinking "I wonder what he thinks of me?" Then a little physical flirting like guiding her w/ your hand on her arm / upper back when walking through a doorway. You know, take it in steps and show her how amazing you are along the way. You're at the right place to develop what you're going to want to go about this - what I mean is you got to think and get a little creative about what it is that you can do to help you be able to develop/carry on a conversation w/ the the type of a woman, that this woman is. What can you do to make her always think about you, or think about you a lot. Well you got to pay attention and notice the little things and use that in your flirting and teasing ways to kind of "keep the flirting ball rolling" - and pass the "flirting ball" back and forth.
And use these things about her to create inside jokes and stuff like that so when she bumps into something that- you talk about often- then she will think of you. Girls do this to guys in a way, or at least they have done this to me: like a ex of mine, before we dated, she would always talk about the music bands that I liked and go into some detail about them; then when I would hear the song I would be like "Oh yeah, I remember ____ said this about that" or something like that. Then after we went through "the steps" we were dating. Best of luck!
