The guy I liked ....likes someone else now. He liked me for a long long time....but he never knew how I felt about him, so I think that's why he moved on.

It depends on how things are with your best friend. If they're together and things seem to be going well, you have to keep those feelings to yourself. It will hurt but it will hurt even more if you break them up. He'll feel confused and she'll just flat out hate you. But if it hasn't reached that point yet, then go get him. Everyone likes to hear that they're liked. Even if he doesn't feel the same way, if he's truly your friend, he'll let you down easy and you can at least rest knowing that you did all you could do.
