How to ask out a guy again cause the first time I asked him he said he was busy and cancelled. I work with him on saturday and I want to ask him face to face f he wants to hang out that night cause we get off at the same time. I really really like him and he seems like we are very close in personality and likings.

It is his turn to ask. Although if you feel confident in asking again, that's fine...but you might have to realize that the guy may not like you as much as he does you.

Same thing if he asked you first and you rejected him for whatever reason it be your turn to ask.

If you asked him out once and he cancelled...it's definitely his turn.

That sounds like a good plan to me. Wait til its getting close to the time when you're about to get off and then asking him to go out for drinks somewhere or suggest a big group hangout at a bar or party!

It is his turn to ask. If he is interested in you then he will make the move.

If you do want to make the move again then you should just message him, asking how he is and ask him if he has got much planned. If he replies back and says not much then take that as an opening to ask if he would like to do something. I.e go for dinner or see a movie.

If he then says that he is busy then take that as he is not interested.

To find out if he is truley interested then you should wait for him to make the move.
