I've been talking to this guy now for about a year now (we aren't dating but want to start at some point), but whenever we talk about being together all I ever hear is what it is that I can do for him. I've asked him if he really wants to be with me and he says yes but how can I tell if he really wants to be with me or if he's just trying to see what I can do for him?

If you've been talking for a year and he hasn't made any sexual advances on you, chances are he's genuinely interested in you... otherwise he would have been gone a long time ago.

Question Asker We've talked about sex but it's kind of long distance thing at this point so I'm still not sure. He wants to come and visit me so I guess that would be the perfect time to try to figure things out. - 8 months ago
